Mind is real!
Suffering is real.
Mind is real.
Suffering is optional.
Mind is not.
Mind is self's child and live it will.
Not to resist the mind,
but to love it! cherish it!
listen! And with all energy accept!
Then, this mind, our restless child
may eventually rest
And, allow rest for the self!
