Taste for tongue and heart

Walks for lazy legs
Faith for the unfaithful
Hill for the blind
Books for the fools
Staff for wavering hearts
Before hunger arose, he fed me.
Before I knew longing, he held me.
Before I saw my worth, he showed up.
Simple pure love
such as this one
was not known before.
