Water! water everywhere!
Upon trees! Upon leaves!
No mercy! No favorite!
Burying graves in its weight!

Who can stop this strength!
Oh! How vehement!
Look! Water is tearing the earth!
Burying all under its weight!

The trees are losing their grip!
The human colonies are dying!
What is not wet? What is not water?
Who is not buried under its grime?

Where is the sky?
Is there one left?
Where will this water go now?
What is still left not wet!

It is getting darker!
The water is fast and murky!
The water moves but would not leave me~
Under its burying weight!!

There used to be a blinding hole
In the vast blue sky
We used to call it sun!
Where is it now?

The current is carrying us all
Washing and tearing us apart
We all are tumbling up and down
In these murky moving waters
Where is up?

Will it dry? Or is water here to stay?
Hey, look! Water is going somewhere,

Alas! It is everywhere- where can it go now!
