Spiritual Bypass

One moment at a time
Trying to type in stuff
for the sake of work
                                   now
A proposal draft to finish
And plants to water

Mind wanders further more
                                   to that book
I have been reading every other night

the Divine Song
singing for few minutes every now and then
singing of the impermanence of both now and then

Mind knows
right now
it is not for sake of the refuge
from the scorching desire of liberation
Or the instinctual result of
                                the question that has been asked 

Who....huu...uu..

Mind has made another mind game
A spiritual one
Even the sacred aren't spared!

Dear Mind! You have been found red-handed
Let us get together and work!
On that proposal draft yet to finish
and plants to water
